পৃথিবীর দীর্ঘতম রেলপথ 'ট্রান্স সাইবেরিয়ান রেলপথ' রাশিয়ার রাজধানী মস্কোকে দেশটির পূর্বাঞ্চল তথা সাইবেরিয়ার সাথে যুক্ত করেছে। এ রেলপথের দৈর্ঘ্য ৯,২৮৯ কি.মি। মঙ্গোলিয়া ,চীন এবং উত্তর কোরিয়ার সাথে এই রেলপথের সংযোগকারী শাখা রয়েছে । উল্লেখ্য যে, রেলপথটির নির্মাণকাজ শুরু হয় ১৮৯১ সালে।
