ব্যাখাঃ mind একটি verb, এর পরে আরেকটি verb আসলে তার সাথে ing (help + ing) যুক্ত হয়। সুতরাং helping ই সঠিক।
উল্লেখ্য, mind ছাড়াও can not help, could not help, with a view to, look forward to, be used to, get used to worth, ইত্যদির পরে অন্য কোন verb। আসলে তার সাথে ing যোগ করতে হয়।

অধিকাংশ প্রতিযোগিতামূলক পরীক্ষায় Sentence completion (বাক্য সমাপ্তি) প্রায়ই থাকে। প্রশ্ন-বাক্যে এক বা একাধিক শূন্যস্থান থাকে, অপশনে থাকা শব্দ বা শব্দভাণ্ডার ব্যবহার করে তা পূরণ করতে হবে। প্রশ্নের অপশনে থাকা শব্দভান্ডার এবং শব্দগুলির মধ্যে সূক্ষ্ম পার্থক্য বিদ্যমান থাকে। এই শব্দগুলো থেকে বাক্যের সাথে সংগতিপূর্ণ ও উপযুক্ত শব্দ বা শব্দভান্ডার পছন্দ করে বাক্যপূর্ণ করতে হয়।
