যে pronoun গুলো personal pronoun এর 1st এবং 2nd person এর possessive adjective এবং 3rd person এর objective এর সাথে self (singular) এবং selves (plural) যুক্ত হয়ে গঠিত হয় এবং subject ও object একই বক্তিকে বােঝায় তাদেরকে Reflexive pronoun বলে। যেমন: myself, ourselves, yourself, yourselves, himself, herself, itself, themselves etc. বাক্যে এরা যদি verb এবং preposition এর পরে বসে তবে Reflexive pronoun এবং noun এবং pronoun এর পরে বসলে এরা emphatic pronoun.

Reflexive pronoun বলতে সেই সকল pronoun কে বোঝায় যার সাথে " self/selves suffix যুক্ত থাকে। Myself, himself, herself, ourselves, themselves, yourself,yourselves, itself, oneself etc Reciprocal pronoun.
