$\Rightarrow 1050 \times 10^{- 6} = 12 \times 10^{- 6} θ - 0.015 \times 10^{- 6} θ^{2}$

$\Rightarrow 0.015 θ^{2} - 12 θ + 1050 = 0 ∴ θ = 700, 100^{\circ} C$

$θ \neq 700^{\circ} C, [above melting temp] ∴ θ = 100^{\circ} C$
