সংজ্ঞানুসারে, PS=PM

$\Rightarrow \sqrt{{(x + 8)}^{2} + {(y + 2)}^{2}} = \frac{|2 x - y - 9|}{\sqrt{5}}$

$\Rightarrow \{{(x + 8)}^{2} + {(y + 2)}^{2}\} \times 5 = {(2 x - y - 9)}^{2}$

$\Rightarrow 5 (x^{2} + 16 x + 64 + y^{2} + 4 y + 4) = 4 x^{2} + y^{2} + 81 - 4 xy + 18 y - 36 x$

$\Rightarrow x^{2} + 4 y^{2} + 116 x + 2 y + 4 xy + 259 = 0 (Ans)$
