Morning walk is a good habit for all classes of people. (a) Though/Although it is a simple exercise, it is good for health both physically (b) and mentally. (c) As/Since/Because the morning air is fresh and free from any kind of noise and pollutions, it keeps us sound and healthy. Morning walk costs nothing (d)but gives more. (e) So/Thus we should make the habit of morning walk.

Adolescence or puberty is a period after childhood. During this period physical and mental (a) growth of boys and girls is so (b) rapid that they need proper amount of (c) nutritious food. Proper time management makes it possible to complete any work timely. If a person (a) divides his works into smaller portions and (b) executes them accordingly, the whole work will be (c) done in time. Time is not (d) wasted because of doing the work in a planned way. As a result, enough time (e)  is saved . Besides proper use of time (f) should be ensured by doing the work in this process. As each piece of work (g) is ended quickly, opportunity to do additional works (h) is created . Again due to time management, no part of work (i) appears difficult and no work (j) remains pending.

The teacher entered the classroom and addressing them as dear students asked if all of them were present that day. The captain answered with respect that all were present except Rina and added that she had not come because of her mother's illness. The teacher exclaimed with sorrow that it was a very sad news. He also wished that her mother might come round soon.
